You can delete your Wasingo account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Delete instantly in the app
The fastest way — your account and data are removed immediately:
- Open Wasingo and go to Settings (the gear on the Host tab).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted right away.
Request deletion from the web
No longer have the app installed? Enter the email on your account and we’ll delete it for you. We action every request within 24 hours and email you to confirm once it’s done.
Prefer email? Write to support@keyinventions.com from the address on your account.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile — name, email, avatar, and sign-in identities (Google, Apple, or password).
- Games you’ve hosted, your playlists, paper players, and game history.
- Your marks, wins, and in-app notifications.
- Device push tokens and your subscription record on our servers.
Some data may remain briefly in encrypted backups and is overwritten on our normal rotation, within 30 days. Anonymous analytics that can’t be tied back to you may be retained.
A note on subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Pro subscription billed by Apple or Google — those are managed by the store. Cancel anytime in App Store → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions.
